Cellulose

Cellulose is an international journal devoted to the dissemination of research and scientific and technological progress in the field of cellulose, other lignocellulosic polymers, and other naturally occurring polysaccharides. Manuscripts are welcome that are based on the fundamental and applied sciences of physics, chemistry, biochemistry, and materials science of these polymers. Topics of interest include wood, fiber, biomass resources, chemical derivatives, and micro- and nano-sized products from such materials. Also included are aspects of applications of these polymers, such as in pulp, paper, textiles, and manufactured as well as natural fibers. Additional application areas of potential interest include materials, sensors, membranes, products with biological, medical, and biotechnological purposes, nutrition, energy, and fuels.
