《电工技术学报》（以下简称《学报》）创刊于1986年，是中国科学技术协会主管、中国电工技术学会主办的电气工程领域综合性学术期刊。《学报》全面报道电气工程领域在基础理论研究、工程应用等方面具有国际和国内领先水平的学术及科研成果。
《学报》是我国电气工程学科博士学位点、教授及博士生导师评定、国家重点实验室评估、国家自然科学基金项目申请的重要依据之一，在电气工程学术界、工程界、教育界享有崇高的声誉，是我国电气工程学科最高水平的学术期刊之一。
《学报》是美国《工程索引》（EI）期刊源、全国中文核心期刊、中国科技核心期刊等。出版内容覆盖电气工程领域的各个学科，主要涉及电机电器、电力电子、电力系统、工业自动控制、电工理论、电气绝缘、材料、信息化技术、新能源技术等。
《学报》编辑委员会是中国电工技术学会工作委员会之一，编委由来自各学科领域的学术带头人和著名专家学者组成，其中有11位中国两院院士。
