The Lancet Regional Health – Americas promotes the advancement of clinical practice and health policy in the Americas with the goal of improving health outcomes for all people regionally and globally.
The journal is managed by local, experienced editors in Rio de Janeiro and San Diego, working in collaboration with our global editorial team.
We provide a platform for high-quality original research that advocates change in, or illuminates, clinical practice and health policy in the Americas.
We invite submissions that are pertaining to regional health topics, including but not limited to infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, child and adolescent health, maternal and reproductive health, mental health, Indigenous health, climate change, health policy, and health equity.
We publish a range of content types including Articles, Review, Comment, and Correspondence.
