Therapeutic Advances in Infectious Disease

Therapeutic Advances in Infectious Disease delivers the highest quality peer-reviewed, open access, original research articles, reviews, and scholarly comment on pioneering efforts and innovative studies across all areas of infectious diseases. This includes articles examining the social determinants of health. The journal is aimed at an international audience of clinicians, researchers, and students/trainees in infectious disease and related disciplines (including infection control), providing an online forum for rapid dissemination of recent research and perspectives in this area. The journal welcomes unsolicited article proposals. Review articles include expert opinion/perspective, narrative reviews and therapeutic area reviews. Systematic reviews, meta-analyses, post-marketing and health economic and pharmacoeconomic reviews are also welcomed. The appropriate EQUATOR Network reporting guidelines should be followed (e.g. CONSORT for randomized, controlled trials and PRISMA for systematic reviews/meta-analyses).
